What is the difference between Channeling and Trance mediumship?

Really, it is a fine line between the two. The key difference is how much of you is present. 

 

Channeling happens frequently with people. An example is that time you gave great advice but had no idea where it came from. You are still thinking, reacting and feeling mostly in control of your body. Another way is if you're practicing mediumship and are able to edit the information the spirit is sending. You are there having input on what you end up saying. 

 

Trance is usually intentionally developed. You step aside mentally and blend deeply energetically with a spirit. They act through you sometimes, voice and body movement change. It is more of a partnership. You may not remember most of what you say as though time stops. There is no editing because the spirit has full control. 

 

The brains waves are also able to be used to tell trance or channeling. We usually operate in Gama and Beta for day to day. Channeling starts to happen in Alpha. Trance is usually done in Theta, and some Mediums reach Delta, but it can take some time.

What is Energy Inteligence?

Energetic Intelligence is the awareness of what your energy is communicating — outward and inward.

You are not just thinking and feeling. You are transmitting.

When you’re unaware of your energetic expression, you absorb what isn’t yours, react instead of choose, and create outcomes unconsciously.
When you’re aware, you return to authorship.

How is Energetic Intelligence different from other types of intelligence?

It doesn’t replace them. It weaves through them.

  • General Intelligence helps you reason and solve problems.

  • Emotional Intelligence helps you understand and respond to feelings.

  • Intuitive Intelligence helps you know beyond logic.

  • Spiritual Intelligence aligns you with purpose and conscience.

All of these matter.

Energetic Intelligence is what determines how you express them. It is the field through which they move.
