Both my personal growth and spiritual journey began at the same time. From the beginning, I was fascinated by the different energies and feelings connected to people, objects, and spaces.

Learning to understand my own emotions as energy helped me create a greater sense of safety and awareness within myself. Over time, as I became more aware of both internal and external energies, my emotional healing naturally deepened my psychic and spiritual development as well.

The foundation of all the services I offer comes from this perspective. I naturally experience the world through energy, patterns, and frequencies.

 

To me, unresolved experiences and trauma can remain held within the body, a space, or the energetic field connected to a person or home. This is one reason why the energy of a home feels so important to me. Our spaces affect us deeply, especially during times of transition, stress, healing, or change.

Like everyone else, I am on my own journey of growth, self-understanding, and connection to something greater. My intention is not to position myself above others, but to continue learning, growing, and helping people reconnect with a deeper sense of themselves and their environment.
