Session Packages & Expiry Policy

Session packages are designed to provide a focused and supportive container for your healing journey. By purchasing a session package, you agree to the following terms:

• Package validity begins on the date of the Purchase. 
• All sessions within a package must be used within 60 days of purchase. 
• Sessions are intended to be scheduled weekly or bi-weekly for best results
• Unused sessions expire after the package validity period and are not carried forward

4. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

Nothing provided through this website, services, sessions, or products constitutes:

Clients are responsible for seeking licensed professionals where appropriate.

5. PAYMENT & BOOKING

All services must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

Accepted payment methods are shown during checkout.

Bookings are non-transferable without written approval.

Wendo’s Light reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.

6. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Private Sessions

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or receive a refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session are non-refundable.
• No-shows are non-refundable.

Events & Group Sessions

• Event and class tickets are non-refundable.
• Transfers may be approved at discretion.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.

By booking services, you acknowledge that:
