Thank you for purchasing services from this website. Because all offerings are time-based, energetic, and service-focused, the following refund policy applies.

By purchasing any service, session, package, or digital offering, you agree to the terms below.

General No Refund Policy

All services are considered time-reserved and energetically prepared services.
For this reason, all sales are final unless stated otherwise below.

Refunds are not provided for:
• Completed sessions
• Missed appointments or no-shows
• Change of mind after purchase
• Unused or expired sessions
• Perceived lack of results

Results from energy healing and intuitive services vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.

Single Sessions

Single sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hours' notice.

• Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled or refunded
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable

Session Packages

Session packages are offered at a discounted rate in exchange for commitment and reserved scheduling space.

Package Expiry
• Package validity begins after the first completed session
• All sessions must be used within 60 days of the first session

Refund Eligibility
• Packages are eligible for a full refund only before the first session has taken place
• Once the first session is completed, packages become non-refundable and non-transferable
• Unused or expired sessions are non-refundable

Late Cancellations & Missed Sessions

• 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule
• Sessions missed without notice may be counted as used
• Emergency rescheduling may be allowed at practitioner's discretion

Digital Products / Recordings / Workshops

Due to the nature of digital content:

All digital products, recordings, downloadable materials, and online workshops are non-refundable once purchased.

Payment Disputes

By purchasing services from this website, you agree to contact us first to resolve any concerns before opening a payment dispute.

Opening a dispute without attempting resolution may result in refusal of future services.
