My intention is to share what I’ve learned through direct experience. I don’t know everything, but my focus for many years has been energy perception, psychology as it’s lived and felt, and following the teachings of Love, light, and dark. I believe we are all expressions of Source,  and that we are here to learn, grow, and support one another.
  I offer free group events, a Facebook community, and a free book with foundational practices. For those called to go deeper, I offer personal services with an energy exchange and opportunities to join my referral network.
  I work closely with Spirit, channeling naturally in a trance-like flow. Spirit guides the process, while I hold space for healing and self-discovery. In sessions, I tune into subconscious aspects — inner child, shadow, or stored feelings — and mirror the nervous system, so we can work with the whole self. Sessions may run longer, as we first bring the body into balance before releasing what’s held.
  At the heart of everything I do is Love, Spirit, and the understanding that we are all one.
