Scheduled Listing Energy Maintenance
This is an add on of ongoing support during active listing period intended for relators.
Service Description
This is a booking for the consultation of the service. This is a base of the service. Please bring your questions to the consultation or via email. After the initial clearing, the property receives structured energetic maintenance on scheduled days throughout the listing period. Must purchase with in one week of or at the same time as other package. This service is ideal for: * Realtors with active listings * Homes that feel “stuck” on the market * Occupied homes during showings * Listings that feel emotionally heavy or inconsistent in presentation Investment: $200/month per listing (I have a limit to how many listings I will handle in an month) Clearings will happen on set days twice a week. * After the initial deep clearing is completed * Property enters scheduled maintenance phase * Energetic adjustments continue until the home sells (paid in monthly installments) * If desired a short note of assessment will be sent at the end of maintenance day. This service operates on a scheduled care model. Energetic maintenance is performed on designated days to ensure consistent, grounded support across all active listings.
